TOTAL BARRE CLASSES:

Total Barre is a pilates/dance based workout at the ballet barre, designed to build muscular endurance and to be a fun and motivating form of exercise.

Total Barre incorporates simple choreography with an emphasis on building strength, power,  flexibility and balance… ie.  tones your butt, thighs, tummy and arms!!  

ABSOLUTELY NO previous dance experience is necessary!  

Bring your friends, enjoy a fab,  fun workout and get fit and toned at the same time!

TOTAL BARRE BEGINNERS COURSE:

4 week Beginners Barre Course – starting 15th JULY, 2:00pm to 2:45pm.

Learn the basics of barre in a fun environment – NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!  

FUN CLASS – bring socks, water and a sense of humour!
