6 Week Beginners Yoga Course – NEXT COURSE:

Monday 30th JULY at 7:10pm

The beginners course is designed to introduce students to the basic alignment of yoga postures and linking  breath to  movement.  Class numbers are kept small. 

This class is suitable for those who are completely new to yoga or those who want to hone their alignment skills and reconnect with their breath during their practice.

This course is not recommended during pregnancy.

DURATION:  1 x 60 minute class per week for 6 Weeks

Energetic, dynamic, flowing yoga class that focuses on movement initiated by the breath, and the creation of  strength,  stamina and increased flexibility.

A strong class designed to challenge the body and provide students with a moving meditation to calm the mind.

These classes are suitable for those who have experience in yoga or who have completed the Beginners Course.

Yin Yoga

A class combining the concepts of  Yin yoga and Myofascial Release (MFR).

Incoporating both static and mobile postures to keep the fascia mobilised, with immediate effects, this class needs to be experience to be believed!

Good for anyone with tight, tired achey muscles or anyone just needing to de-stress and get a good night’s sleep!!

Total Barre & Beginners Barre
