First opened in 2010, Veronica named the studio after the lotus flower - to reflect the qualities the lotus flower represents on it's journey to blossom above the water and to highlight the physical and emotional transitions experienced when practicing yoga:


Veronica has a teaching background in Vinyasa, Bryce Yoga (Fit, Flow Fly), Ashtanga and Yin yoga as well as Stott Pilates training in Total Barre, Zenga, and Mat pilates.   Veronica is a registered member of Yoga Australia and has a BA (Psychology) from UWA and is currently studying Sports Science at UWA.

Yoga is a beautiful and powerful way to re-connect to one’s body and to calm one’s mind.  I believe yoga to be an ideal way to build strength and flexibility, develop mental focus and clarity, and reduce stress.
