THE LOTUS ROOM YOGA STUDIO has now re-opened its doors in the leafy suburb of Coolbinia,  just  minutes away from  Mt Lawley, Mt Hawthorn and Perth.

First opened in 2010, Veronica named the studio after the lotus flower - to reflect the qualities the lotus flower represents on it's journey to blossom above the water - STRENGTH, RESILIENCE, BEAUTY AND GRACE and to highlight the physical and emotional transitions experienced when practicing yoga.

The Lotus Room, Yoga Studio is the  perfect space to not only practice yoga, but also to relax and to meet other people.  One of the beautiful (and cherised) aspects of the studio is that both friends and family come to practice yoga – a testament to the wonderful atmosphere created within the studio itself.

Veronica has a teaching background in Vinyasa, Bryce Yoga (Fit, Flow Fly), Ashtanga and Yin yoga.  Veronica is a registered member of Yoga Australia and has a BA (Psychology) from UWA which included additional training in Sports Science.

Veronica continually maintains her training with yoga teachers from America and Asia and her classes are both playful and challenging.
