Veronica named the studio after the lotus flower - to reflect the qualities the lotus flower represents on it's journey to blossom above the water and to highlight the physical and emotional transitions experienced when practicing yoga:


Veronica has a teaching background in Vinyasa, Bryce Yoga (Fit, Flow Fly), Ashtanga and Yin yoga as well as Stott Pilates training in Mat Pilates Total Barre, Zenga, and Medicine Ball Interval training.   Veronica is a registered member of Yoga Australia and has a BA (Psychology) from UWA and is currently studying Sports Science at UWA.
